Its OSI, can't go wrong
This stuff is the real deal, just don't tool it. It's not meant to be tooled and it says so. You CAN tool it, even dry, but you will use A LOT more material and you need to mask off the touching areas. Again, not meant to be tooled but it has strong adhesion and is long lasting. While it says it's mold/mildew resistant I have seen some red markings underneath some wood near basement window well, to be fair it's a damp area there, and I noticed the spot could use a dab of extra caulk so maybe water is stagnating there somehow. Overall, dries fast and resists UV damage, expands and contracts in wide temp range and you can apply in wide temp range too. This is the stuff to use if you want longevity!

Tricky to Use
This is a good product but not easy to use. It is very sticky. You have to wear disposable gloves. If cleanup is necessary, have acetone on hand. It makes a great seal but does take time to cure. Can't be in a big hurry to paint it quickly.

great for sealing
I used this product to seal the gap between my concrete steps / porch and the siding on my house. It works great and keep the rain from seeping into the house.

Great product
This is a pretty amazing product can be applied in cold wet weather 35 Degrees and raining. As an outdoor calk sealant i would say it is top of the line. I have had it on for two seasons up North and it's hanging tough as I tried to remove some of it yesterday really stays where you put it. Application pretty straight forward and I like to build a good sized bead of this to seal between outside light fixtures and siding.

Almond seems hard to find these days.
My contractor friends use OSI and Amazon had the almond color I was looking for to refresh the exterior seals around my aluminum fascia.Good stuff. Glad I found it.
