I added this product, along with the Foliogrowth and DHT Blocker because so far, I have seen great results with just these two products. I just felt like I could definitely benefit from the EFA Complete because I am experiencing a lot of pain and inflammation from some health issues and I have no doubt, it's affecting a lot of things within my body, including my hair growth. I don't know where to begin with this product review (or) if I should just provide a review on the Advanced Trichology company in general. I've been struggling with temple hair loss associated with menopause (for about 2 years) I've tried many products promising to help, visited a Dermatologist and tried PRP, (nothing helped) I was on Amazon looking for a hair growth product (yet again) and saw the Advanced Trichology Folligrowth vitamins and EFA complete. For proper HAIR, skin and nails + other key parts and functions of our bodies, I personally have been taking a great many supplements through the years since 1987. In that mix, is this product EFA Complete / Omega 3-6-9. It's just vital in my book!I personally feel it's good for both men and women I think, but men will appreciate it too😉I've extensively read in multiple areas that you need a good dosage of EFA's that often goes missing in a balanced nutritional regimen.
