Victorinox Swiss Classic Steak Knife, 4.3 inches, Black

These have been my favorite go to knives for everything since I was a child! I recommend them to everyone I know. They’re the perfect weight, stay sharp for years, the perfect comfortable grip, they look sleek and they’re affordable! Best knife in my drawer!

Victorinox is known for making quality products at a reasonable price. This steak knife does an excellent job of cutting my steak, and it's so inexpensive! I use it all the time and always get a clean cut, so easy to slice thru the steak. This must be the best deal in steak knives on Amazon.

Best knife I've ever used and the cost is affordable

These steak knives are fantastic. Light weight, but very durable. I’ve had my knife block for years and years, and only purchased this one separately because I lost one. Likely to the trashcan. I’m thankful they’re sold separately!

I love these little knives! They are a good size for the dinner table and comfortably designed. When I first got mine, they were super sharp though in the past 3-4 months they've become noticeably duller, which I didn't expect would happen so soon as I don't use them too terribly much. Nonetheless a good value for a quality brand product.

I'm familiar with these knives, having received a set of 4 genuine ones from my wife a year or two ago, in Victorinox packaging, purchased in San Juan Island - definitely genuine. I was initially skeptical, but am a real convert. Incredibly sharp & generally invaluable around the kitchen, not just for steak (I used to prefer hyper-expensive German steak knives that needed weekly sharpening, but the Vicky knives seem immortal).These Amazon knives, though - hmmm. They come in cheap bubble wrap, and one had a small blood stain on it (super sharp, so not surprising if they’re repackaged). I can’t compare them right now to the originals, because those are at our other house over 1000 miles away, but these seems slightly "off". If they’re Chinese copies, though, they’re pretty good. Extremely sharp, like the original versions. The super chintzy packaging makes them seem sus, however. Don’t know how well their sharpness will hold up.Like everything on Amazon, where Chinese copies are rife & apparently encouraged by the management, buyer beware. With these caveats, recommended. At least these aren’t branded as DFSEEW, TYRRTER, JHGHJGR, UYTTURF, or UTRREGH like so many other knock-off products here.Just wish we could trust this site & the authenticity of the products sold here.

Very sharp, sharper than Vicky small kitchen knives I’ve used forever. My very arthritic hands appreciate this as I find sharper knives safer to handle.

Pretty simple ask, feels good and cuts well. What's not to love? Please stop buying knife sets.
