I didn't realize when I ordered this product that it was extract not pure root. This product wasn't as effective in relieving menopausal symptoms as the 100% pure root. I had to adjust the dosage of the other HRT supplements I used (Evening Primrose & Red Clover) to eliminate symptoms.Also the pure root has an analgesic effect that was noticeably absent with this product.

I have been taking the supplements for a week and I can tell the difference. I’m not having my hot flashes as regular maybe twice a day instead of 5-6 times a day. Most definitely recommend.

Has a bit of a strong taste, but easy to swallow for the large size. While I still get hot at night and perspire, the drenching night sweats have minimized. Just need to remember to take it same time every day with food!
