This knee pad comes to Pilates with me 5 times a week. It is just the right squishiest and is just the extra support that my knees need. It is lightweight to carry. I love the width of the pad- it is more generous than others I have tried

Great pad for Pilates

This has helped my knees a lot during yoga, but boy was it a pain to get it to lay flat. The product comes rolled up, and it definitely did not want to unroll. I ended up having to roll it up in the opposite direction inside my yoga mat to get it to be somewhat flat. No other complaints about the product, I just wish they stored and shipped it flat so this wouldn’t be an issue. But after rolling it up the other way in my yoga mat for a couple days and leaving it like that, it’s finally flatter.

This pad has made yoga much more comfortable. Nice to have the extra cushioning for my knees and butt.

With flying budget airlines, I bought these to put in airline seats for extra padding. Worked great.

I have used the mats less than 10 times and the surface is starting to disintergrate. Beyond that, I am please with the 2 mats I got.

I highly recommend this pad. It is SO comfortable on my knees. I expected a heavy rubbery pad, but it's lightweight. My only complaint is that it doesn't lay flat and probably won't ever recover from the shipping dents, but I don't mind too much because I value functionality over appearance for this kind of thing. It would require a heavier material to lay flatter and not hold the rolled-up shape from shipping. It's a good trade-off, I'd say.
