Item was not new but taped back up
The box had clearly been opened before and taped back together. Unacceptable to say it was new and not used.

Missing 3 pieces do not purchase
3 pieces missing for the 2nd floor tower. This was a gift and to find out that it was missing not 1 piece but 3 well I'm sorry but very disappointed!
