Ordered to help me sleep
I had been using magnesium Bis-Glycinate to help me sleep but could not find the brand I had. I ordered this to give it a try. I used this for 2 weeks but it did not at all help me fall asleep. I ended up returning this since it did not work for me.

This was to strong for me. It gave me headaches. I will be looking for another brand. So disappointed.
