It really work for blood sugar control
I initially bought the smaller packet and found that it successfully brought down my blood sugar level. Just half a heaped teaspoon a day mixed in water. Taste was not too bad, but to be honest I just gulped it down and drank a little more plain water afterwards. It was so useful that I subsequently bought the 1kg pack.

Yuck taste but good for you
This tastes terrible but it is good for you. I put a herbal tea bag in it to hide the taste.
