I had a few bumps with this heat press but after contacting the seller, I received a quick reply and the part was replaced in the first instance. Recently, and within the 2 year warranty, they decided I needed it replaced and they did that promptly as well! I'm VERY satisfied with the product as a whole and definitely with the Seller!!! Buy it!

The media could not be loaded. No se la recomiendo para nada, la máquina de vaso dejó de calentar solo al usarla un mes, y empezó a hacer como burbuja dentro de la máquina y eso iba a causar que las tazas se me rompan y ya los vasos no calentaban en la orillas, realmente no la recomiendo, por algo si en que lo barato sale caro y es mejor que se compren algo que valga la pena aunque cueste el triple, espero y se lleven de mi consejo!
