Using it from 3 months now, seamless operation. Finger print reader is accurate and fast.Lock also looks very sleek, recently I added Yale door closer and Bluetooth module too. Now I am rest assured door always locks when left open and door closer ensure the closing speed is slow irrespective of wind forces (avoid injuries to kids when door closes suddenly due to wind)BLE module allows unlocking the door via mobile, you can even share the virtual keys remotely to your guest.Overall really happy with buy, it's costly compared to chineese counter parts but I can't trust chinnese product with security.

No Bluetooth, wifi built in.. they are add ons.. each one costs a bomb separately..Lock by itself is good.. but for the price they need to include Bluetooth .. it very tough to add and change users without that

From the start the fingerprint reader rarely worked. I registered multiple finger prints and they almost never work. More likely to get the lock disabled from repeat failed attempts than actually be able to unlock the door, so instead used the code or the app.But within three months, the door no longer locks. How am I supposed to lock the door now? The customer care phone number is not answered by anyone - you hear a recorded message saying that you are first in the queue but after a while it just tells you to leave your name and purchase date for a call back and after you speak it cuts the line. Don’t even know if it is recorded or if one will get a call back.Terrible product and non-existent customer service. It’s completely ridiculous. Zero stars! Stay away from this product and this company.Update:A person from Yale called me back and they sent a person to fix the lock. He changed the alignment and the lock would lock again. This “repair” has lasted less than two weeks and it will not lock again. Not reliable! How can one go out anywhere if one cannot lock front door?Finger print sensor they had no explanation. At first they blamed me and made me register fingerprints in front of them. I did that, and it still didn’t work and no explanation.But now lock won’t lock again. What nonsense. What kind of installation they have done? At any time the lock will give trouble and one can’t lock the door! Avoid this product!

Great product. Very sturdy build. However to use wifi and Bluetooth we have to buy additional accessories costing another ₹10,000. Installed in 24 hours post purchase. However this is backed by below expectation after sales support. Our lock developed a fault within 6 months and have to wait for over a week for parts or support.

The media could not be loaded. Best sefty lock. Finger print sensor is good.

Product description "App Enabled" is deceiving, you will have to buy an accessory (Rs. 4999) from the installer. Received no official invoice for this accessory.

Its a very use full product, as per it's build quality and overall performance, but a part of which i was disappointed as we purchase a expensive lock, but the company is lagging behind by giving a connected device with it, as it seems to be a part of a lock function as for accessing the lock from your device.
