My periodontist had me use this stuff after my deep cleaning on my gums. He had me swoosh it for 1 minute and dip a toothbrush (a separate one from your normal toothbrush) in it and brush for 2-3 mins just with the mouth wash on it! And I absolutely love this stuff. I bought the 3pack

OxyFresh is a great brand and have used it for a while. Went to order more and didn't realize this one was slightly different and contained zinc. Maybe it was the Zinc, maybe just the slightly different type, but tastes terrible.Would highly recommend this brand but not any product with zinc.

This mouthwash has a nice subtle mint flavor that does not burn like competitors. It also has a little bit of whitening agent in it that leaves the teeth with a nice look and feel after rinsing.

I use this mouthwash on a daily basis to protect my teeth and especially my gums. It has been extremely helpful in preventing gum diseases. After using this product for several months my dentist informed me that my gums are healthy whereas in past visits they were inflamed.This product has a pleasant taste and does not contain any alcohol.I highly recommend this product.
