Worth to Have!
I used to worn sunglasses over on my prescription glasses when I drove on a sunny day, after I purchased this product, I don't have to wear two glasses anymore. What a lifted! I love this HD Vision Visor, especially for long distance drive, there is no sun glare in my eye anymore. I even used this shade when it is down pouring rain to filter out unnecessarily glare and more visualization.

Not as practical as I had hoped
The visor arrived on time and in good condition. It's properly represented in the photo on the box. The clip on attachment method is good, strong and certainly durable enough to get reasonable life from. I found that I am not able to fold my visor all the way to the windshield with the HD vision visor attached. No surprise really since it does fit on the side of the visor that contacts the windshield, I just hadn't considered it when I purchased it. The lens, actually panel, for each is clear and without significant visual distortion. I expect that with continued use it will become scratched or covered with fingerprints that are impossible to remove however that hasn't happened to me yet. My wife likes it as does one of my kids. Overall it's a pretty good visor for the money. I'm in the process right now of designing and fabricating a visor extension that will fit the need that the HD vision visor doesn't quite cover for me. I don't know at this point if I will be able to do it for the same price I paid for this one though.

Save your money for sunglasses
Save your money- poor design and functionality. I originally got this for my mom , since eye surgery she has had problems with glare, thought this might help. However design makes it useless.1st : the clip to secure lands right in the middle of your visor - where the mirror usually is- making it not functional.2nd:Tried on two different vehicles mine and her's small pick-up truck and small SUV, when I clipped onto visor the way they suggested was at the top of field of my vision , I have attached a photo to show you , yellow tinted plastic with protective film at top is the visor down - so you can see the space between dashboard and visor not covered ( pretty much all of it). I even had my husband see if this worked at this height and at 5'8" it still didn't work with his field of vision. This was similar on both vehicles.3rd: I also tried flipping it and attaching with visor down so it would fall into space, then you can only use one of the visors, because the way the plastic is molded. On my pick-up truck when I tried this it made the visor flop down from weight .I will probably try to find someone with a small car that this works for , but essentially I wasted my money . It is manufactured in China , not what I would consider the most durable - single big plastic clip in middle ( be careful attaching especially if your mirror on visor is exposed , concerned it might break it since it was so tight on my visors).Hope everyone finds this helpful :)

HD Vision Visor - The Day and Night Visor
Good idea but it hogs the visor so you can't use the mirror and it doesn't really swing far enough out of the way. I'm afraid it might be a safety issue if anyone's head does come in contact with the stiff plastic visor that's just sitting there waiting. The lenses do a nice job filtering though if you don't mind the distraction of this setup and not being able to use the mirror if your visor has one.

It works for me!
This is my second visor. I like the first one very much. I had to get another one for the family car. I use the first one in my work van. I mounted it on the lower edge of the van's stock visor. The clip on this HD Vision Visor has a rather large opening for the thickness of the van's visor, so it does not grip the van's visor tightly. I improvised by using a paper binder clip to clip one of the "blade" (for lack of better term) of the HD Vision Visor to the van's visor. I do not see any distortion of objects or the view ahead looking thru this visor. I usually drive at daytime, I use the two visors together and find no problem using both of them together. When I am ready to get out of the van, I swing the van's visor forward, towards the windshield to get them out of the way. I try not to move the HD Visor on its hinges often to keep it tight. I highly recommend this product....and yes there's clear protective plastic cover on the visors that you need to remove before use. :)

I received this promptly and the packaging was excellent. The visor works great at night and during the day, but not so well during the early morning and late evening. I ordered this mainly because I drive to work and back home with the sun in my eyes. During the early morning and late evening, I found it works best with both the day and night visors down. Maybe nothing helps those hours - except changing your commute times.

HD visor
It works very well cutting down the blinding sun glare while driving. We have them in all of our cars.

The good thing is it works - the bad thing is that it's just small enough to be inconvenient - only works in a car, nowhere big enough for a van (although the TV ads show it working for a semi truck). But in a 4 door sedan - it really does cut the glare both day and night. Built sturdy enough to last, although I did wonder what would happen if the car was in an accident and it came flying off in my face. But it definitely stopped the glare, which stopped the headaches I get from both bright sunlight and bright on-coming headlights.
