It's hard to leave a review for a supplement because there isn't really a way to verify if it works or not. Having said that, I have been taking these for a few years now and my liver enzymes (which have always trended on the high side) are not going up at all. I'm not sure if that's a very scientific way to determine if this works or not, but I guess I can safely say it doesn't seem to hurt. The amount you get for the price is a good deal, at least compared to what I can get at my local grocery store or pharmacy.

Great quality at THE best price on Amazon.I have been taking milk thistle to heal and protect my liver for a year or so now. This is the highest strength , most capsules, and best price that I could find on all of Amazon. I noticed that what my German mother in law calls liver spots ( moles ) have lightened in clot and are fast disappearing. I’ll buy these til the day I die and feel good about it.

My mom has been taking this supplement for 4 years, and although I can't talk her into subscribe and save, we do continue to purchase. She feels it is a good supplement for her liver health. The pills are easy to swallow, and there is no aftertaste. My only additional comment is that the price has increased significantly is the last 6 months, which seems to be the way with everything now days. Recommended.

So I decided to purchase this on a whim because I suffer from feet edema, so I figured I could use a liver detox. I did not see any difference in my edema or energy levels however I did notice that my menstrual cycle was regulated. Prior to taking the Milk Thistle capsules, I had been seeing my period once a year, however upon taking the pills I became regular again

It’s a shame to slowly see each item I have invested in for my health be hit by shrinkflation one by one. I’ve been buying this for three years, they WERE good quality and I definitely had noticed the benefits of them to my health. I also loved that it was nearly a 12 month supply for 2 people. My last order was November 2022, for 23.50 I come to buy it again and its price has gone up and it doesn’t even ship for nearly a month? Then I go to the brand to see if I can get it in a different format only to find one bottle with less pills is the price I paid last time for two bottles… So what’s happening is they’re getting rid of their larger surplus sized inventory so they can sell the “shortage” story only to replace it with the smaller, lower quality & less quantity products. Ethics and customer loyalty are completely gone in America and has been replaced by shameless rapaciousness. I hope every business that commits this slimy act, looses it all. Because that’s honestly what they all deserve.

Keeps my cholesterol low and my liver clean! My doctor doesn’t believe in milk thistle but the results on my blood tests prove it works. Liver panel and cholesterol perfect at 45 years old. Just sayin- big pharma doesn’t want you to know about milk thistle. Been using for years along with piper cholesterol gummies and have perfect cholesterol/liver panel while not living the healthiest lifestyle (I admit it!). I will never stop taking these. They work.Side note: my uncle has diabetes and heart problems and started taking these and cut his insulin in half and helped his heart -and even got covid while at the hospital -he was able to make a full recovery in his 60’s after 3 heat attacks! True story! Just my experience... but there is only one thing in common- this supplement.
