Dry leaves and broken plants.
The media could not be loaded. Utterly disappointed.Leaves are dried.Plants are not healthy.One plant is broken in two pieces.Pathetic Packing.

The media could not be loaded. The plants came in perfect condition. Please see if you can add a small booklet on how to plant in the garden. For instance i wasnt aware that the soil was not to be loosened. Otherwise from your side the plants came in perfect condition. Thank you. Rgds. Aseem Varma

Proper packing
I would have given 5 stars for plant health. But still I am giving 3 stars because the root condition is too poor. I don't know weather they will survive or not. Still try my best to keep them alive

Few things require attension
I am plant lover &frequent purcheser on Amazon. Subsequently for the third time I received tea plants in almost half dry position ,.they can't grow and it is west of money .you have to improve packing by using material that will hold moisture properly.ln addition ,you have to send strong and healthy plants.both times plants were with weak stem &without branching ! I avoid returning them because it was for sure they were going to die in return journey.so I tried to keep them alive .but I am very much upset now.will you replace it in proper packing ?
