Received the clock in excellent condition packed very well. Instructions were very easy to follow and was put together without any problems. Looks great and is running fine. Would recommend to anyone interested in a fine product.

I researched different manufacturers when I ordered this clock for her at Christmas. I wanted to get her a clock of high quality and beauty. Through my research, I learned of the Hones reputation of craftsmanship and quality. She loves owls, so this was an easy decision. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and it's always good to have a happy wife. The difference in finish quality and attention to detail between this Hones clock and my wife's other cuckoo clocks is like night and day.

Beautiful clock — but it’s neither a one day nor 7 day clock. It’s a 12 hrclock. We must reset the chains every 12 hrs.

Clock is very pretty. Only problems is the weights seem to be to large, they touch and we can't pull all the way up or it stops the pendulum. The clock cuckoo's so fast you can't even count the number of times it cuckoo's. We bought smaller weights and iy works lots better. The company should watch what they ship.

Excellent clock! Nice detail and easy to assemble in less than 20 minutes. Glad I bought this one.Be aware that this is a clock that you’ll need to pull the chains on each day as it has no batteries. Not a big deal for me as I wanted something more authentic.

it’s gorgeous and substantial! The size of the clock really holds its own in a room. We spoke with a clock repair person and she told us about winding and some day possibly adding chain. It isn’t so intimidating now that we know 23 hours is typical for these clocks. It keeps perfect time otherwise.

The media could not be loaded. This cuckoo clock is beautiful and well made. As we opened the box you could smell the wood and stain that was used. Wonderful. Was easy to put together and works great. Just took time getting used to the chains and everything. Shipping was very fast once it shipped. It was a Christmas gift and it is great.
