Does this work with those chrome-covered high-flow shower tray waste drain in the uk? seeing this is designed and sold in the us.

Hi, it certainly worked on mine. The fast flow sat too high, so I took that off and placed this over the hole, it worked a treat.

Does it replace the existing drain cover ?

Hi, it worked on mine. I had a hi sitting cover, fast flow, so just took that off and laid the new drain catcher over the hole and it sits perfectly. If you kick it, it will move, but generally I have had no issues at all.

Can the inner black plastic part fit into a regular 90mm fast flow shower trap? I'd like to keep my existing cover if possible. Thanks

I can't answer your exact question. I can give you the measurements of the internal black bit. It is 25mm deep. The top is 30mm diameter and the other end is 40mm. Hope this helps.
