This Olive oil comes in a dark glass bottle and it came in safe packaging. The way to test whether virgin olive oil is genuine is to take a small shot glass, pour it with 1/4 extra virgin olive oil and drink it in one go. If the back of your throat burns a little, it means you're dealing with a genuine product. This burning sensation in the throat is due to olive oil's natural anti-inflammation properties and means the product is genuine.This product is genuine. I would buy again!

I have purchased Borges, Figaro and Sol EVOO in last three months. Out of these three Sol has better flavour, thickness and sent, but not 100% authentic. Reason - On international market 500ml of EVOO sells at 2500 rupees. Same brands sell their product on ~60% discount that too after paying custom duty and shipping charges.It is almost impossible to get 100% authentic 1L of EVOO below 2000 rupees. What ever we get here is a mixture of EVOO and other oils.

I have been using extra virgin olive oils above forty years and tasted many famous brands. Only recently I found this 'SOL' brand through Amazone, but this brand stands well ahead among the five famous brands availiable in India as it tastes, smells olive and at affordable price too.

Very good first cold press extra vergin olive oil. Like the taste and smell. Ordered it many times by now.very satisfied with the quality and price.

I usually take one spoon on empty stomach last time same product tasted very good light on tounge but thid time it's very bitter and heavy taste,...not at all satisfied

I have bought this oil twice already and will certainly stick to this brand. It's more flavourful than many of the better known labels.I lived in Italy for ten years and i'm fussy about good olive oil. This one is well worth a try.
