Firstly, while the design looks good the product feels cheap and plasticy to the touch. The overall finish lacks finesse. After switching it on, there's a constant buzzing sound from the straightener.

Doesn't iron properly
Not good at all. it doesn't iron your hair properly. maybe its the way it clips the hair, the way it was design or i have a bad unit. Idk but this one is a flop for me. But the hair dryer that bundles with it is ok and it is not as loud compared to my old one. so I'm keeping the dryer but returned the iron.
