Good user controls, good battery life, durable, convenient.

For the price, nice device. Took a minute to navigate thru it. Easy peazy, once I understood it all. Its compact and has an attached case, to protect when not in use. Easy to take anywhere.

A good gadget to have while hiking, camping. It is easy to us, and the readings are very accurate (i compared it with some weather instruments).

I tested in so many ways indoors and outdoors, and even after minutes in an environment, it could not come close to reflecting the accurate temperature as validated by other reliable thermometers :-(

I have owned a number of these types of meters over the years for use in emergency management. This model is the best built and with so many inexpensive alternatives, keep in mind that this is not a disposable device. When you need it, you need it to work. This model is my best choice.

This is exactly what we were looking for! Easy to use - you do not need to be a technician to operate it!Lightweight - nice display. Perfect what our camping and traveling needs. And the protective shield that it comes with is great!

Works great. I haven't had it long enough to determine how long the batteries will last before needing changing but all descriptions of the Kestrel were accurate and I've used it numerous times in the last few weeks.

The media could not be loaded. Cool idea, seems to work ok, but the screen has some dead spots. Returned.
