Junk failed offer less than a year...please read
I ordered this particular fuel pump because It was made in America and had the OEM harness plugs on the top.......so when I opened the box it had a made in China sticker on top of the unit. Maybe just the sending unit was made in China and the pump was American made? Who knows.. As for the plugs on top, they were the updated oval style not the square style my truck had and the picture on the listing shows, most reviewers also said it had the correct square style plug but i guess bosch must have updated the design since they posted the pictures..they included the pigtail and instructions to chop your wires and butt connect the new plug, but I dunno about you but I'm not a fan of hacking my wiring apart and heat shrinking wiring with a torch or lighter under the truck next to open fuel lines. But hey I guess living on the edge can be a rush sometimes. I guess I didn't blow up because I'm writing this review. Anyway got it all installed and the truck runs great now and seems to have quite a bit more power. Disappointed in the inaccuracies of the posting for this product, but satisfied with the performance. If I had to order again I would probably go with the Delphi pump since the only reason I bought the Bosch was for the plug it didn't end up having and to support American manufacturing which it wasn't from anyway......update....less than a year and only 4000km of use this junk pump has failed.

Good quality.
Put in a 1998 Chev 1500. Solved the hard starting problems. Only thing is you may need a Bosch Automotive WHGM67XMOD Fuel Pump Wiring Harness. I needed it to adapt to my harness. Bought Bosh for the quality as I didn't want to be doing this job again any time soon.

Not as pictured ! I'm returning it
Codes is in the pump and the box matches but the delivered item didn't come with the original squared GM connector (Amazon picture and my old fuel pump picture). Instead it came with the connector related to the RPO code EVA+TCF and a harness you have to cut and adapt. I'm returning the item.
