Is the cap/bottle thread a 38/400 finish?

Yes, our bottles have a 38mm neck finish.

Wrong color caps keep being sent. Box says white caps which is what I ordered, and second order still came with black caps!

I want to make these into spice jars, what size is the diameter for the mouth of the bottle, for a sifter insert?

The opening is approximately 1 3/16" in diameter.
