AlessiB Parmenide Grater, Black

This is my second Alessi cheese grater. I moved and have not yet found the original one so had to get another one!

Love this grater. It looks great on the table and it’s easy to shake the cheese onto the food. Only downside is I find it difficult to detach the grater from the housing for cleaning, so I wash it whole and air dry. Otherwise I can’t fault it.

Bit fiddly to get grater back in after cleaning but otherwise OK. Looks stylish and easy to clean then Molyneiaux type. Good proce.

Simple, easy to clean, impossible to break, and does the job. What more needs to be said? Better than the cylinder type graters.
