This was a refurbished or renewed
so far, it is working and it is fast. There is a lag in other areas but it is not that noticeable. great purchase for the price. Since it is renewed, I bought the insurance since HPs manufacturer warranty expired last year.

Great performance!
This is a great laptop for my intended use. There was no need to buy pc mover software. Turned on the Microsoft function and there wasn't much left for me to do relating to setup of the unit. One click and all files and documents, including One Drive files were transferred via wifi to my new unit. It was also extremely easy to transfer all of my saved favorite website links from my old laptop to the new unit. I have 31 years experience in building, purchasing and managing exotic high dollar technology including hundreds of special build laptops and toughbooks. Knock on wood, and as of the here and now I rank this system at the top. The specs of this system has exceed my expectations.

AFTER 4 ATTEMPTS, THIS IS THE ONE THAT I WANTED, LOVE IT GET THIS LAPTOP
AT FIRST, I DID NOT THINK IT HAD 1TB OF SPACE ONLY TO SEE THAT IT HAS TWO DRIVES, as it says it does. I had to go through 4 other laptops before finding this one, that does have the space I was looking for and that has what it says it has. THIS IS AWESOME. GET THIS IF YOU PLAY SIMS 3 OR 4, HAS ROOM FOR ONE OR THE OTHER AS YOU CAN'T DOWNLOAD ANYTHING FROM SIMS TO DRIVE D, but when you are done downloading SIMS 3 OR 4, YOU HAVE ALL THAT STORAGE ON DRIVE D. I LOVE THIS LAPTOP. WORTH EVERY PENNY.

Very prompt shipping and delivery. I received exactly what I ordered.The first thing I did was to install Linux. This was the easiest installation. I only had to go into BIOS and move USB to the top of the boot priority list.Very happy with the results and completely satisfied with this laptop.

I wouldnt give 1 star if i didnt have to...This company (AMAZING WAREHOUSE) is selling this computer as new. It is NOT new. According to HP the one they sent me was built in 2022 with 4 GB in it and NOT the 16GB as advertised! HP would not warranty it even though I bought it in June 2024 and it wasn't 6months old to me...video started skipping in and out and the computer would die when you unplug it. This thing is JUNK!! Please don't get suckered into buying this garbage like me...

Really good computer
It's not a very big laptop at all. The picture is misleading. Otherwise, this little HP is great, it packs a real punch. Fast speeds, lots of data space. Really a great little computer
