is this one made in the US? I know that moen has two factories, one in china and one in the US. The china ones have plastic parts

I seem to recall them being made in the US. The parts were all metal...no plastic. They've performed flawlessly since installed about 1 year ago...and they greatly enhance the look of our bathroom sinks.

Does the cap on the stopper unscrew off. ?

The pictures show 6 inch height spout and the descriptions says 8 inch. Which one is it ?
