I’ve taken supplements before that claimed to be an appetite suppressant but I still craved certain things and felt my usual hunger pangs.Not with this! I am hungry in the morning when I wake up (as usual) but once I take this along with my vitamins, that’s the last hunger pangs I feel all day. These have helped me switch out lunch for a protein shake without feeling deprived. I have a few fruit and veggie snacks, and barely want dinner. I know I need food to fuel my body and workouts, so I am eating, but it’s so much easier to limit intake, count calories, and make healthier choices.I have noticed a slight increase in sweat and energy. But I am working out in the garage in VA summer, so I can’t really attest to added sweat at this time.I haven’t logged any weight loss yet, been taking them for about 10 days. But, my clothes are fitting better and I can see myself slimming.One more note, these are cleaning me out! Having consistant, satisfying BMs (not diarrhea) and seems like stuff that hadn’t planned on leaving my system. Maybe TMI. My next bottle is in my cart as we speak.

I took this 'weight loss pìll' and I ended up gaining weight. That's caused some more problems. Would not recommend these pìlls

This is an amazing appetite suppressant and fat burner. I take it in the morning and am good for the whole day. It gives me more energy also so I am not dragging. I like that I do not get the jitters from it at all. After one week I have lost 4 pounds already using this and several inches from the waist and hips. After trying to lose weight and hitting a plateau and then gaining again I hesitated but tried this thermogenic burner. It has gotten me back on track again. I am full of energy, focusing more while working and losing weight and still being able to sleep at night peacefully, actually better than I was before. I was concerned about this but it has proven me wrong. I definitely recommend this product.

I have experienced enhanced energy and focus while using this product. I can't say much for weight loss according to the scale (since I didn't measure myself during my first batch ... but I might update this review after my second bottle), but I felt like the extra fatty areas on my body were slimming down and feeling firmer. I really appreciated feeling like it was working without feeling nauseous or jittery like other thermogenic products on the market do. Until I came across this product, I had stopped taking anything with "thermogenic" in the label. And I can't express how ecstatic I am that this weight management product that has proven to double as a clean energy and focus supplement for me, personally. Losing weight and staying healthy is a great goal, but it doesn't match having metabolic levels that support heightened productivity.
