The product is pretty good and well built. I had initially faced an issue with the bed position being lower on the head side. Reached out to the team, and they were super supportive in resolving issue quickly.

I was very much confused about choosing a cradle for my baby.this one was suggested by my sis who bought this for her baby in uk.initially i was doubtful about spending 6k+ for a cradle...but once i bought it i found it’s worth for the sum.my baby actually loved it.she wants to be in the hammock once she feels sleepy.even i feel so relaxed and comfortable at night since i can see my baby nd check her with even without actually getting up from my bed.she sleeps comfortably for long hours.being a first time mom this s a lifesaver in the postpartum.

It's a good option when there is no possibility of adding a hook to the ceiling such as when livining in flats. Been using for this for 6 months, does the job.Took sometime for kid to get used to it, but he started sleeping well after a week or so.Only minor issues is that the cushion can get sweaty after some time, manufacturer can evaluate using some other material for the cover.

The slots for the knob is not aligned. See pics. Out of 6 slots, I could use knob only on 3 of them, making the setup very unstable.Very poor packaging. I had to literally clean the muddy dust before assembling.
