Totally cool—and totally illegal
The lights definitely worked well, for me. Even the cops, who pulled me over on the first day after installing them, were impressed. I was informed that any visible lights on the side of the vehicle are illegal due to state traffic laws (Ca) in most states. Told me reason was that it is considered distracting to other drivers as well as possible source of confusion with identifying emergency vehicles. Whatever!I told him that’s ridiculous—I know ma writes!Then he gave me a ticket.Now, no more fancy lights on my vehicle. End of story.

Most reliable!
I have had these since last October and they’ve been the most reliable wheel LEDs - previous cheaper makes stopped working or were intermittent. These have survived rain, mud, and pressure washing! I just wish they had a steady on setting - all the modes involve flashing on and off, or slow fade. Light colours are red, green, blue and white.
