Easy delicious recipes!!
Easy and quick to put together recipes, that are satisfying and healthy! I do agree with some reviewers regarding cooking times being too long. Some ingredients are just not meant to be cooked for 7 to 8 hours (quinoa, ground meats). I adjusted my cooking times, but not a big deal. I look forward to making many of the recipes in this cook book! Nice illustrations through out.

Did this diet easy to follow simple instructions tasty recipes. Made a huge difference to me.

This book has a lot of very useful information, especially if you are dealing with the issue of inflammation. Wonderful and delicious recipes.
