This is cool.Expesially if air quality is poor.

I’ve tried other methods of nasal irrigation and this one is the only one I have returned to consistently. The little button on the bottom of the bottle makes all the difference. You have easy control over the process.

I was disappointed with the Nasal Wash Bottle, Sinus Rinse Bottle. The main issue I encountered was the excessive water flow. When using it, the water came out too quickly, making it difficult to control and leading to an uncomfortable experience. It felt like too much pressure, which wasn’t ideal for a gentle sinus rinse. Additionally, the design didn't allow for much adjustment in water flow, aside from 2 different heads that were not much different, which made it hard to use without spilling or feeling overwhelmed by the amount of water. Overall, it wasn’t the soothing experience I was hoping for. The wash is over in like 20-30 seconds compared to my other one which is 2-3 minutes or more.

Year round we use saline rinse kits. The functionality of this one actually pushes, gently, the water through your nose. It is a game change!

This was a bust for me. I was using the neilmed squeeze bottle and liked the idea of the curved nozzle on this. However, I didn't realize the valve thing basically means the water is supposed to be gravity fed, which sends it out in a little trickle like a traditional Nety pot. That's the whole reason I switched to a squeeze bottle in the first place. If you keep the valve closed, the bottle doesn't squeeze well or really function in that way, so it's basically unusable for me.
