Good product.
Product is good. Quality is up to the mark, no damage in it. I filled it with 7 kg black cotten. Earlier I use sand bag but later, I felt that will make it too heavy, and might damage the supporting hook fabric in long run. As I am using it in my home, not for gym so it worked for me and is perfect for being healthy.Lastly Thank amazon.

Punching bag is good, but bag is without chain
There is no hanging chain with bag, and it is not value for money. You can go with another option.

Bag is too thin compared to same brand old model. Didn't expect this big difference. Looks like meant for kids.
