Alkaline water level is high. Beyond Hunan consumption level
The cartridge increased alkaline water level to over 10.5 that is extremely dangerous for health.Ideal is max 9 ph. The manufacturer did not give a response when I asked them for a solution to this. Their customers care number is power off.
