Superb
Just what I needed for my punch bag. Easy to put up inside of the garage wall.

Punch Away
The screws/wallplugs supplied were not good enough to use, had to use better quality to put up and use with an adult bag, But apart from that it works and holds bag without any issues when used for MMA training.

Doesn't secure well
Failed to stay secured to the wall with either the fixings supplied or wall bolts. After a few minutes it comes loose.

Very pleased with this bracket
Easy to install very sturdy and ive placed a large heavy weight spring between the punch bag and bracket to take some of the weight when I unleash power punches top marks for supplier

Screws that come with bracket not fit for purpose
Brought for sons birthday, screws and rawl plugs not holding, on first use of bag screws were plugged out of the wall. had to use M8 anchor bolts. Wouldn't buy again

Change the plugs to them metal ones that split or it will come from the wall.

You get what you pay for
The quality of this product is pretty poor, the welding looks very bad and the bent sections aren’t straight. That said it does go up and stay up. There were no instructions but it was self explanatory.
