Its been a while that i am using it . A good quality product

Good quality
The non stick pan is good, requires very less quantity of oil for cooking and the thickness of pans is good the food can be cooked on low flame, it doesn't burn. The only problem was the handle is painted and while washing the paint came out, its a cosmetic issue nothing to do with working of pan it works great.

Best non stick pan
One of the best non stick pans i have used. The first pan lasted a good 4 years. Just a couple of drops of oil and you get the job done.Handle is sturdy and firm, true, it does stain a bit, but that’s expected with wood.. and this is over 4 years. Then handle does not get hot at all, however long you cook. The 20cm pan is best for eggs, some veggies stir fry etc.Important to avoid all kinds of metal spoons or spatulas. Also please use a soft sponge for cleaning so the coating doesn’t wear off.Just purchased my second one 😀

Good product
Liked the quality of finish and coating. But maintaining it in the recommended way is not really practically possible. So expect a short life of may be around a year at the most. Flat pan or tawa has thicker base than most other such products i have seen but still it is not thick enough as I am already seeing signs of bulging in the centre which is going to render it useless for making dosas or omelette after some time. It seems you cannot expect long lasting products these days, no matter how much you pay for it.. should you buy one? Yes if you love cooking and like to collect different cookwares like me. It's an expensive cookware by any standards, but you will enjoy cooking with it for sure.

Good granite coated cookware
I have started loving Carote products. Coating lasts really long, needs minimum amount of oil to fry something and completely non-sticky. Takes time to be hot, but retain the heat longer. Needs minimum detergent and effort to clean. It also looks attractive.

No one should buy this product. Such a waste of money.

Granite finishing is good but size is small in both tawa n pan
