The product was good but was not fitting well, so I tried to return, but I got only one option, to get a replacement. Which I tried but was not useful any way. I request there should be easy way to return stuff which is not useful or doesn’t work the way it was expected to.

Product doesn't fit goqii though claimed to do so. Return is not possible only replacement option available. Not fair. Useless strap is lying with me
