I believe this book is printed on recyclable paper. It is chalked full of so much information and recipes using apple cider vinegar. I’ve added it to my library because it has useful information that one can purchase from the local organic section of the grocery store most often and it uses a base of ACV instead of alcohol which I prefer not to use. As a result it is beneficial for everyone’s use. I highly recommend this book. No regrets on my purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Once again a great purchase on Amazon! I have been looking to get really healthy and try different things. So I opted to go to Amazon and look around. Then I Came Upon This Book fire cider 101 Health boosting remedies. OMG this is a great book with many many recipes for healthy drinks very well Illustrated and the graphics artwork are awesome! The way the book is done it makes you feel like you should be in one of those mystical movies or in the black forest in a log cabin with little fairy elves running around. It's a very delightful book to look at. And once again to Amazon thank you for fast delivery and great service. And as well thanks to the writer of this book for putting something together so delightful to read and look at. I especially want to try the Bloody Mary drink recipes they look very healthy and very spicy! And if you like spicy things like me that's even better! But to anybody sitting on the fence should I buy it or not I recommend buy it. You can't go wrong it's a very big book great recipes from what I can see and a great bargain money wise. I just can't wait to try some of the recipes and start getting healthier! But once again thanks to Amazon for bringing such great products and we don't even have to leave the the house just sit back on your couch with your feet up and relax and buy that's the way to do it I say. like rosemary's books.. this book gives you lots of different versions of fire cider to try out, including a little history about it and of course Rosemarys recipe and the 4 thieves recipe.You don't really need a book to make fire cider, you can put what you like in there, but this is still nice to have. glad I bought it.
