Oh, dear! Every piece was a male, when I only need 4 female pieces!.
I re-read the description. It says 40 pieces. There was a mix of 8 different sizes and designs. There was not even one female piece.I only needed 4 female pieces and that is the only thing NOT INCLUDED. I WILL RETURN THE PACKAGE.

Good assortment of sizes with enough of each size for prototyping. The sets I have used so far have displayed good electrical connections. The reason for the 4-star rating is that the pins are too shallow to securely sit in breadboards. If the pins were 1-2 mm longer, this would be perfect. In terms of solderability, I have not tested this yet, but will update this review when tested.

Item is not as described: The image shows INTERLOCKING screw terminals, all of them are, except the 2.54mm screw terminals are NOT interlocking, so they can not sit next to each other.
