I loved this book so much, the way Susan Cain says something and then goes on to back it up with tonnnes of reasearch and evidence, it was like a mix of emotion and logic. Amazing work

The book gives a understanding of sorrow and longing and also various possible solutions to come out of them .... but if one wants to feel emotional they also can read it .... it is well written but just too much about the author
