The house is solid and doesn't show any sign of weakness like some of the reviews on the other bat houses...Just trying to figure out how to get my visitors to fill it. :)Say bye bye to 1000 mosquitos a night per bat...-coming soon.

Bat house looks like good quality. Very easy to mount. No bats yet but I just put up a few months ago.

nice looking -haven't hung it yet - I just received it -seems suitable -please note your not supposed to hang this on trees or near them- and you should hang the house on the south east side of a building if possible or tall pole roughly 15 -to 2o feet high-and it must get at least 6 hours of direct sunlight-

excellent product and service

Arrived with cracks in the wood.Most bats won't dwell in a new home b/c they return to their original roost for several seasons, and may take 3-5 years before inhabiting a man made bat house. This item won't withstand time required. Hardware provided was intended for attaching to wood. Houses are best placed under roof eaves for protecting bats from elements, yet homes today have vinyl siding.

Loved the color of the wood and very sturdy. Will hold a lot of bats.
