In the description under number of items it states 5. That led me to believe it was 5 packs of forms. Won’t be buying any more they are cheaper at wa.

Is this just one booklet or multiples?

I ordered 50 they are not a booklet I found them very useful

What is the size of the area for the company stamp?

I can say that a regular sized stamp with out company name address and number fits with lots if room.. it could prob. Fit there 3 or 4 times but cant sayi exact size right now

What does the fine print say, looking for something to have customer sign holding me not liable for items I did not repair etc.

It says customer is entitled to have all parts returned thatvare taken off vehicle. That estimate is good for 30 days That you are not liable for theft, fire, or damage from acts of nature. That employees r autorized to drive vehicle for work, tests, inspection etc. At customers own risk. You can add a tear down fee to bottom if customer decides to cancel work before finished. Then on left side is small line about charge for waste and hazardous chem. Disposal.. HOPE THIS HELPS
