Very nice pillow. My old pillow was a small travel size memory foam cervical one that I loved but I wanted to replace it with latex after learning that latex is much less toxic. So I was looking for something soft. I tried the high loft soft and low loft soft and the low loft soft was the one for me. I was able to easily return the one I didn't want and I had kept.it in it's packaging. The one I chose could even be a bit softer for me and lower loft, but overall I love it. I tried several.different pillows over the last months and I had such neck pain and back ache because all the others were too high and too hard. So you really have to know what your preference is. I like that this company offers so many different combos of heights and latex density.This one feels so good on my neck and is not creating new neck pain. And I love knowing I am not breathing in toxic fumes. I think I put it outside for maybe 24 hours because I like to air everything out that I buy but since then, no smell at all.Overall, super happy with this. Plan on getting one for my husband too.

I have always used a memory foam contour pillow, but decided to try a latex one this time and I am so glad I did, so soft and yet still so supportive it’s really incredible and I will now use latex pillows for life. This pillow is so comfortable and squishy and soft I just love it.

I have purchased three of this pillow twice over the past 6 years or so. I and my family members have been using the last round for over three years and it's still the best pillow I have ever owned and slept on. Ever since I started using this pillow, it provided my neck and shoulders with great relief from the constant stiffness and pain I used to suffer. I hope they never discontinue making this pillow!

I really loved the feel of the pillow, but a couple weeks into using it I started noticing I had a headache when I woke up in the morning. Over the course of a few more weeks it progressed into having a headache through the night, and then it extended into the day as well.I've been to the chiropractor many times trying to resolve the muscle spasms in my neck and headaches, but after many unsuccessful treatments, the chiropractor said it had to be my pillow, that is the only thing that was new in my life.It never even dawned on me that it could be a pillow that is advertised to relieve neck pain! I have spent a lot of money and suffered a lot during these last couple months before figuring this out. The seller would not consider extending the return window so I could get my money back and find a pillow that doesn't create pain!This is very disappointing and it should be noted that my husband quit using the pillow for the same reason, it started causing him neck pain. Even though we differ greatly in body shape, we both experienced the same issue.CANNOT RECOMMEND!

This is a fantastic pillow. Especially good for side sleepers. This is the third one I've purchased over the past few years. No bad smells, or pieces falling out, but a perfect pillow made from natural Late.

Very comfortable firm pillow.The only big draw back is it smells terrible.I have put it outside in the shade every day for a week and last night was the first time the smell didn't wake me up all night sleeping on it.I can still smell it but not near as strong.So if you are willing to air it out for days so you can use it, it is a comfortable pillow.

I’ve had some lower back pain from arching my back while standing to support our puppy in his front pack, and from sleeping on my stomach after accidentally leaving our adjustable bed higher on the head end. Just a nagging, very low back pain for like 3 weeks. I also have a degrading jaw from tmj which requires no pressure being place on my jaw. How do you do that if you can’t sleep on your back? So the pillow search was on for something soft enough to not put pressure on my jaw but still supportive enough for it to work as a pillow. The closest I could come were poufy foam pillows but they were so high. My head and neck, and jaw would hurt in the morning. Me being an avid stomach sleeper with a jaw issue was a problem. I’m sure this was contributing to the lower back pain as well but the jaw was the priority in the pillow search.I got the ‘soft’ pillow to try. There was very very little smell. I took their pillowcase off to wash and used one of mine, and placed a towel over it the first night. Smelled nothing. But it was so soft and floppy when I pulled it out of the box I thought ‘oh no, $90 bucks for nothing’. I kept the packing plastic bag on the pillow, placed it on the bed with a towel over it, and tried it out. It feels like a marshmallow! So soft! I can’t get over my shock that it can be that soft yet still very supportive and doesn’t just collapse flat. I’ve never even tried a cervical pillow before but was willing to think outside the box for my jaw. The softness was perfect for my jaw. No pressure when laying on my sides. I tried laying on my back and was further shocked that I could feel something going on with my lower back pain. Maybe that was the cervical part - don’t know. I laid on it for like 15-20 min and it felt like I’d gone to the chiropractor. My back pain was almost gone, weird as that sounds.I’ve used it for 2 nights now . Love it. I’m going to buy one or two more for back up pillows. I can sleep on my stomach with it but I then feel my lower back starting to get aggravated again so I switch back over to my side. My lower back feels much much better. My head and jaw don’t hurt in the morning. I slept so much better, which was surprising but makes sense.Very soft, very floppy, yet still very supportive. (Can’t wrap my head around that one.) And no smell. Do not get the soft version if you aren’t expecting very soft. It’s perfect for jaw pain as there’s no pressure. I highly recommend this pillow. Worth every penny!

These are the best pillows. Myself my husband and my two boys have them. I have tried a lot of pillows, these are superior in my opinion. I have a neck injury and these are the best for my neck. non toxic natural as well, so amazing!
