This product actually works without the stomach pain perfect to use during or after the menstrual cycle. It will make you a little gassy but no stomach pain was accompanied with the gas. This product works a little better than the senna by bixa botanical

The flavor of this tea is good and very minimal. I am not a huge tea drinker myself but adding a teaspoon of honey was delicious! I do not see where it works as a cleanse but the taste is great

Ive been enjoying this delicious tea for several days now with no gut cleansing..I really like the flavor, just wish it would help empty my gut!!

I was excited to buy and receive my order after reading many positive reviews. I have been using this for a week now and feel no changes whatsoever. If anything I feel more bloated and more constipated than before I started using it. Ugh. I hate this feeling. Perimenopause already sucks and hoping to find a little hope in relieving some of the symptoms was what I was looking for, but nope. Good for you others that it’s been working for. Spend your money Ms try it if you want. I do not and will not recommend it to anyone. The only thing good about Hey Girl is the fresh chocolate mint flavor. It’s very subtle and not sugar or honey needs to be added. Other than that, it’s a negative on buying. 👎🏽👎🏽
