Purchased the vanilla shakes and I’m very impressed with these flavor and the fact that there is NO aftertaste. I’m not a breakfast person, so I just grab one of these out of the fridge on my way out the door. Only 160 calories per shake, and only 1 net carb, with 15 grams of protien, these shakes hit the spot, taste great and keep me feeling satisfied until lunch time. I’ve even grabbed one for a nighttime snack. They have an extremely smooth consistency, with only 1 gram of sugar. The big 11 ounce size is just enough to feel satisfied. They are definitely a healthier alternative to grabbing other convenient items, like donuts!! Good quality packaging too. Glad I chose this product, will buy again!

This is a great meal replacement supplement. I was very ill for 7 years and my body went into starvation mode. Now I can only tolerate one meal a day. Just because I'm not hungry because I've been sick for 7 years. However the doctor recommended trying protein shakes instead of skipping the meals so that we can get my body out of starvation mode. Which has been going fine. I can tolerate these in my stomach it doesn't make me sick. The flavor is Almost like a melted ice cream or milkshake. If you don't like it at first don't dismiss it. Because by I only drink one a day so buy like day three or four it tasted better to me and it might just because I'm not I really am not a milkshake person or ice cream person. But I will buy these again because I like the flavor and I like the benefits

I order this product monthly. My daughter loves it as much as I do, which is especially good because she is pre-diabetic and is very low in sugar. I mix it in a large Yeti every morning with Ryze coffee & a rechargeable milk frother I also purchased from Amaxon. Tastes just like a iced mocha from your high dollar coffee shop. Tastes great by itself as well.

The taste is actually really good, I have tried numerous protein shakes and they always have it aftertaste. This shakes after taste is beyond tolerable. The price is reasonable compared to the rest of the protein shakes.

Add a little cinnamon to the vanilla shake to give an extra healthy 'oomph' to it! I love this yummy flavor but wish the Atkins shakes were still lactose-free. Beware of this is you are lactose intolerant! Early on when Atkins shakes were first introduced, they were soy-based and didn't cause gastric distress. If you're one of the lucky ones who can tolerate milk, enjoy, otherwise take one or two lactose enzyme tablets before drinking this and it will cut down on the tummy issues!

I've tried alot of different protein/meal replacement shakes and this one is probably the best tasting and reasonably priced. Checks the majority of my criteria boxes so I pulled the trigger. Got em comin to the crib every 2 weeks now.

These taste amazing , the easiest to drink without the aftertaste. No thick consistency which I love because if you mix it with coffee it gives you the perfect taste . Smells like vanilla and super convenient for on the go.
