Make sure they will fit your application
Shocks fitted fine, to make sure I removed an old shock and compared to the Lippert. Looked almost identical. All parts were there (nuts, shock washers, and rubber parts) Had noted in a previous review that some might be missing. Easy installation.

One of the first pair broke, but was able to send them back and get a new pair so everything worked out great

Exact replacement
These shocks are the exact replacement for the worn out shocks on my 2008 Arctic Fox trailer. They arrived promptly and were there in plenty of time for my suspension upgrade. I also installed the MorRyde X-Factor crossmembers and CRE3000 universal center pivot spring shackles.

Perfect Fit
I have a 2015 Heartland Bighorn and this shock was perfect size to replace the one that lost its shackles on the bottom side. Easy to install
