Worked perfectly with my Samsung refrigerator and was a lot less expensive than a factory part. Replacement was pretty easy, but if you aren't used to doing small appliance repairs then I would have someone else do it for you.

My water dispenser lever broke, I found this on here, it arrived quickly, item was as described and was easy to replace.

I was a bit nervous when it came to installing this unit, but it was super easy. Just one screw!I kept the old one as it was the paddle that broke off and i don't know how long the switch will last. I also swapped over the round bezel across the front/top as the new one isn't quite the same color and fit a bit loosely.It's not perfect, but it's good enough and the price seemed fair at just under $50

I was quoted more than $300 for a factory replacement unit. This looks fits and functions just like the original. Only ding is that the connector wouldn't plug into my refrigerator. Looked exactly like the old one but something wasn't quite right, but the replacement unit was perfect. Still 5 stars because I realize things sometimes happen in the manufacturing process and the replacement is great.

Item fit and price was right. The only issue for me that I read others had sometimes was the connection. In the lager connector the little prongs did not line up. Using a 🔎 i was able to tell the prongs in the new connector needed to be pushed to the right. I used a very small screwdriver for glasses to push them to the right. I tried again and it worked!! One person wrote that he spliced the wires and used the old connector. I didnt want to do all that and tried this first. Thank you to all the YOUTUBERS for your videos. This fit our Samsung RF28hmedbsr refrigerator.

The flapper on the dispenser broke and this model of fridge you have to replace the whole unit not just the flapper and this worked perfectly! Snapped right into place, the wires hooked up without any trouble and it works! I am a single female and have no experience with appliances and I was able to do it all in about 30 mins (struggled to get the unit off the fridge but used a putty knife and out in came). Saved hundreds doing it myself instead of an appliance repair person! Wahoo!
