Works well to produce good broth/stock base for Korean soups
I like that this definitely enhances the flavor of whichever broth that you're using as your soup base for Korean food.One other big advantage is that it does not get that bitter taste when you boil it for a long time. I have been testing this by using one twice for 2 separate broths, and it has been still working. So I would say that this is a very good product and high quality.Also, given the ingredients that has been mentioned in the back, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a stock or broth for Korean soups.
