Does the space bar have the brand name on it? It shows with and without on the item page

I have the green/yellow version and it has the brand name on the space bar.

I cannot get the keyboard to work?

Is the problem with power/connectivity/compatability etc... or do you know?? •if it's a power issue, the only solution of which I'm aware is utilizing a voltmeter. •If connectivity: [without USB dongle] connect initially using wifi network {if no access to wifi, alternative is using your devices hot-spot. Connect keyboard and target device to same mobile wifi network to facilitate connection initially. Should work as standalone for successive uses. •If it's compatability... I'm sorry, but the ONLY possible absolution is to return the keyboard and order a different one...
