Focused
No discomfort. I find I am able to stay honed in on a project longer than when I do not wear it. I’m stuck on it as well as it stuck on me.

Placebo Effect or not, worked for me
The focus patch works for me. I put it on when I sit down to write, or when I am trying and can’t seem to get my brain to do the work, and I get a good couple hours of solid focus in. Might be placebo, might not be. Either way it doesn’t really matter because it gets the work done.

I Felt Nothing
I was attempting to find a non medicated alternative to gaining more focus and fast. This DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!I definitely tried the product with a little skepticism. I do know transdermal applications for certain things work. I placed it in the location indicated by the product. It did not stick well. I then thought maybe it’s because A. I didn’t dry off well. I reapplied it and it lasted about 4 hours. The first day I did not feel anything. So I continued to use it for a week because I was hoping that it just need to build in your system. It’s vitamins so naturally you want to do it daily. NOTHING.THIS IS NOT A RETURNABLE ITEM.

Good product, slightly rough delivery
These two boxes were packaged together. One box arrived fine and the other one was smashed on part of the box. Other than that, the product was in tact inside the box.

I’ve tried quite a few.. and I NEEDED these ( Stress Relief “Calm” & “Focus”)
The two patches I’ve used from this brand ( “focus” & “stress relief”) are incredible; they did exactly what I needed. I have a really hard time, this time of year.. and for some reason, this year was harder than the previous.. I could barely get out of bed: always exhausted, always “meh” 0 motivation, 0 focus, 0 follow-through.. I went on this way for weeks & thought about reaching out to a doctor/therapist but with no medical insurance, I asked myself “do I really want to pay hundreds of dollars to be a Guinea pig of perscriptions that don’t work or make this worse”… but I had to do something, and I knew I did: it was negatively impacting my marriage, my children(the two most important things to me)I barely spoke to anyone or friends in weeks, and my work.. I own/run my own company among other BIG projects I was near completing.. and I lost almost everything I had spent 5 years building: I was letting my entire life crash and burn for weeks.. and than weeks were quickly turning into months, for no reason other than depression. So I decided to try alternatives — I tried different natural things: than heard rave reviews on patches.. but all the ones (quote a few more than what is shown here) didn’t do anything. Nothing. Except this brand for “Focus” & “Stress Relief”, and the Friendly Patch “Zen” (but Zen unfortunately stopped working by the time I neared the end of the month.. I was honestly thinking to rotate the Zen & Stress Relief).Anyway, I’m sharing my story because maybe it’s similar to you.. and I want to just give you some hope to keep trying different things until you find what’s right for you: YOU WILL.Please Remember: what you’re going through is temporary: it will not be like this forever, you will not always feel like this (even if it doesn’t feel that way or you’ve been stuck in a situation for awhile) everything inevitably changes & turns a corner: c’est la vie.God Bless 🤍

Give me every edge I can get
I’m in physician assistant school and recently diagnosed with ADHD at 27 years old. I’ve made all the lifestyle modifications and study adjustments I can, I’ve started on medications, and I take nootropics as well. If we fail one class we’re kicked out, can’t reapply, and (realistically) no other program will take you if you fail out of another. So, all that said, I have a lot to lose and no room for error here. I need results. I started using these patches to give me an extra edge along with all of the other lifestyle, medication, and supplement modifications I’ve made. I feel when I wear the patches that my ability to sit and focus and study for hours on end is increased. Now is it a miracle? No. I still have to take my meds, provide myself the best study environment I can (earplugs or noise canceling headphones and comfortable well-lit area) and utilize the note-taking and study skills that work best for me, but it does work synergistically with all of these things. I can tell when I forget to put a patch on and I notice when I don’t optimize the timing of the patches. I feel less centered and can’t stay on task as well. I prefer to place the patch as soon as I wake up about 1-2 hours before taking my meds which is about 1 hour prior to needing to focus and study (so placing the patch a total of 2-3 hours total prior to class or studying) and wearing it through until the next morning. I place it either under a bra strap on my chest or under my Apple Watch on my inner wrist so that there’s slight direct pressure and it won’t fall off. I haven’t had any issues with them falling off or causing irritation but I feel the pressure helps ensure contact and generating warmth to release the supplements. Other commenters have noted difficulty in removing the adhesive, using some rubbing alcohol or soap and a little scrubbing with a wash cloth generally removes mine with minimal irritation. I’ll definitely continue using these through the remainder of school and have suggested these to classsmates as well. As I said, they aren’t a miracle and should be used in addition to other lifestyle modifications and medications if they are needed per a medical diagnosis, but if you’re not needing them for a medical disorder and just need a little extra focus them may work on their own as well! Hope that helps!
