Works good but makes you pass gas. I was under the mistaken impression that it would stop you from passing gas. But found out that's how it works.

I had gastric sleeve surgery in March 2022. Ever since, I fart like Pumbaa from Lion King. Doctor recommended I try simethicone. Did not help.
