IT WORKS! Very handy tool for those quick cuts you need to make
June 26, 2019 Update:Now that I've had this for a while, it has become my go-to saw! If I could only have ONE Saw for everything I had to cut, this would be it! Well, not for paper and or fabric of course! So far it's worth every penny I've spent on it and the 5 star rating that I gave. It's sooo convienient and it's RIGHT THERE whenever I need to cut something.Check out the pictures below and the size of the wood I was able to cut with it! Amazing.=================================I have about 4 Worx products ( Power Washer, Blower, Weed & Edge Trimmer and this), and all of them uses the 20 V Lithium battery, so I have no worries about running out of power. That really comes in handy when needed, but these batteries seem to last a while and unless I'm doing a long project, one is usually enough to last me.Back to this saw, What can I say? Three days ago, I had some Areka Palm trees that I wanted to cut down and so I had to drag out my Portable chain saw. And if you know about Chain saws, they're a mess when it comes to oil leaks and for the most part, you have to use two hands. I got the job done but not without gobs of sawdust balls mixed with oil all over the ground and the chain saw blade. A mess to try and clean up.Got this saw yesterday 5/16/19 and I couldn't wait to try it. I have a large Mango tree where I needed to climb up on and cut some branches. So I grabbed a brand new Diablo 9" pruning sawblade, stuck it on this saw and I was done cutting off branches in no time ... all with ONE hand. Today, I wanted to cut down some more of my Areka Palms and I had absolutely NO problems with this saw. And a couple of them were about 5" in diameter .. Amazing!I have used corded Chain saws and corded reciprocating saws which were all a pain to use. This with its battery, portability and the ability to use different saw blades (and sizes), just makes that job MUCH easier. One reviewer thought that this might be better with a battery life indicator and although this saw doesn't come with one, Worx has a 20V Max Lithium 2.0AH (this battery is 1.5AH) which works perfectly well with all the other tools. That one HAS a push button and lights that indicate the remaining power. As I said, I have about 4 Worx tools that use the 20 V Lithium batteries ( I have 5 batteries) and they are all interchangeable.

Fast and efficient
After years of sawing by hand, I finally decided to treat myself to a powered saw for smaller home projects. Since I already have a Worx weed trimmer (with 4.0Ah battery), it made sense to look at their brand for a reciprocating saw. Decided on this model because of the price and versatility. Last week I charged the battery and used the reciprocating feature to cut off three 5" legs of an old olive burl coffee table - incredibly heavy and very hard wood. Worked like a charm: smooth, solid performance, and not too heavy to hold at awkward angles. It came with a smaller battery (1.5Ah) but it got me through the 15 minutes it took to complete the project (six cuts) without a problem. As a life-long DIY female and now in the over-70 set, I really appreciate these efficient yet inexpensive battery-operated tools from Worx. I'll be investing in a variety of blades and using this one frequently.

Worx GREAT!
This nifty little saw is just what I have needed. I wasn’t seeking it out, but went out on a limb when it was suggested. I have many trees to trim and cut down and this saw works great! The battery was way better than I anticipated (similar to using the Worx weed eater) I have used it probably on as big as 5-6 inch trunks. How well it cuts absolutely depends on the type of wood and the sharpness of your blade. I have been so pleased with my multiple Worx tools that I risked it. So glad I did. No need for cords, oils, fluids with this saw. It is fairly lightweight and easy to handle. Always wear eye protection! I put a longer pruning blade in it.Great value, so far good quality. Have used it several different work days at this point.

Durable and powerful makeshift massage gun, with some issues
THIS REVIEW IS FOR USING THE WORX JIGSAW AS A MASSAGE GUN ONLY AND NOTHING ELSEI've been using this jigsaw as a makeshift massage gun for some time now. So far, it's been good and has not broken unlike some of the other massage guns I've used, but there are some issues.Pros:DurablePowerful and hits the spots the best out of all massage guns I've usedCheap but high powerCons:Battery it comes with doesn't last very long, about 40 minutes of run time for meBattery it comes with takes a long time to fully charge, about three hoursLoudNot very ergonomic to useDurable:I've used four other massage guns. Reathlete Fold (started malfunctioning but still sorta worked); some $40 massage gun I bought from target (very weak thrusting power); Lifepro Dynasphere (broke after 8 weeks of use); and Lifepro Sonic (still using it as of now). Not only is this the most durable, but it's also the most powerful of them all. It has a fan built in that makes it seem like it gets hotter than all the other massage guns, but it's actually because it's dispersing heat out of the jigsaw.Powerful:Has a powerful thrust of about half an inch of stroke length (Dynasphere has 13mm of stroke length) and has a very high stall force as it's a jigsaw used for cutting fairly hard material. Some may find it a little too rough for their needs, but I find it just right. It is the most powerful massage gun I've owned.Cheap:Bought the jigsaw plus massage heads for about ~$110. Reathlete fold is $250. Lifepro Dynasphere was $100, but broke after use. Lifepro Sonic is $110 to $170, but not as powerful.Battery has short duration:The worst thing about this jigsaw. The battery only lasts for 40 minutes to an hour when I use it. This wouldn't be an issue if it didn't take that long to charge it, but it does take a while to charge. You can buy an extra or larger battery, but it'll cost at least 50 extra dollars and will make the jigsaw heavier to hold.Long charge time:With the charger it comes with, it will take about 3 hours to charge a dead battery to full. Once again, you CAN buy a faster charging charger, but that will up the total cost by another 50 dollars. I've circumvented both the duration and charge time by using another weaker massage gun for most of my body, then the jigsaw for specific spots that need extra work.Loud:The loudest massage gun I've owned. I don't have a measurement of the decibels, but it's quite loud. Not "blow your eardrums" loud, but it's loud. The fan is probably why it's the most loudest.Lackluster ergonomics:The jigsaw has a trigger safety. You need to depress a button before you press the trigger otherwise the trigger won't move. Unlike other dedicated massage guns, you need to keep the trigger depressed for it to work. This makes it weird to reach certain spots as you have to hold the jigsaw weirdly in order to hold the trigger down. The jigsaw is also heavy (heaviest of all massage guns I've used) and the largest of all massage guns that I've used.Extra notes:I purchased this jigsaw with the recommended items which was the "Massage Gun Heads, Jigsaw Massage Adapter Bits, Muscle Massage Gun Heads, 6-Piece Bit Sets Muscle Relaxation Trigger Point Massager Heads " and the "Reciprotools RCT-A10 Reciprocating Saw Adapter ". I realized I didn't need the saw adapter, as that's not what I need for massaging purposes, so I returned it.The jigsaw's speed scales depending on how much you depress the trigger. It's either really slow or very fast. Up to 3000 rpm at max. There are some issues with the massage heads I purchased with it, but I'll review that in the respective amazon page.I do not recommend you use this for both construction work and massage work. This will lower the duration. Stick with one use. This jigsaw has some other functions to it, like the pivoting head, but I've found no use for things like this for massaging,
