Replaced a recessed LED in the garage with this and another LED panel light and it was like the sun came up on a dark night. This works well.

cheap plastic but does the job if you are gentle
I am using these on the ceiling in the garage to screw in some LED shop lights. They are a good price, but you need to be careful when screwing them in or you can easily crack the plastic. Once installed they worked great.
